No particular work culture available hire and fire system. No clarity in branch offices and salary hikes and promotions nobody knows who is deciding. Saturday working culture is not good office people are given offs while people in operations are not even from manager level

Bad Work culture, Management is not at all Good. They will give preference for their region people. If the candidate is not likes by management they target the people, and Fired. More politics in PL.

Company has limited members in various departments which leads to do multiple roles and responsibilities thus learning new things

9Hr work time instead of 8Hr(8am to 5pm), Saturday also working day, Salary hike and job recognition is very poor, Poor health insurance policies

Good working environment, Decision making is easy since, the company follows a flat Hierarchy, additional bonus on special occasions, very good management authorities. excellent work life balance.

Dislikes

Don't expect much growth, Not much to learn, cant able to switch between the same industry, only can create difference in salary, profile if stayed longer ( min 10yrs).

We can get more opportunities in different field and we can learn more. They will give full responsibility in work so we can adapt it and seriousness also will be in it ..that's a good thing I had seen here compare to my previous company
