Planon is totally Good, company policies culture & Work life Balance, Dutch culture is awesome but due to some internal people in Hyderbad, the reputations is badly gone, share services team especially HR team, such a Pathetic HR in the world.

Planon Share Services is plagues by pathetic politics. To advance one must develop political skills be in good standing with HR and received favors such like hike and or gifts. While politics and connects with HR and management thrive, this toxic environment allows certain individuals to skip meetings shift balms and still survive with help of HR person. *Having relatives within Company provides immunity, enabling nonsense politics without consequences you can do the peak of non sense politics in the group and you will be saved my easily by HR. *Ultimately, HR wields the power to destroy careers and dreams without proper investigations or justification termination the employees arbitrarily. *A Financial Analyst will treat Senior's like a slave as that have some good relations with so called HR's and relatives with the parent company. *One fine day they will make you to put down the papers or they will threaten to screw all your hard work of career, without a proper investigation or proofs. Finally to Survive in Planon , One must : Be in Good standing with HR close and close and also play the Political game instead of focusing on learning and growth. Just be close and close to HR person, you will be saved all the time any non sense to make.

The company is growing in terms of business and team. It is one of the best or market lead in IWMS domain. It's major market is Europe. Now trying to expand in Asian and American markets. It has been acquiring few companies and last year teamed up with Schneider, good sign for company growth. Compensations and hikes are attractive. Expecting hybrid model of work(WFH/Office) in future. Job security is good if you perform decent enough and maintain good terms with management. Provides free transportation with metro passes.

Dislikes

Uses old internal frameworks for a Java developer and mostly with Java core and don't use any frameworks like spring or hibernate etc. No latest Technologies stack. Now a days it has been moving towards cloud. New technical stack may be added in future but I am not sure. Vary rare opportunities for on sites that too with minimal number of days. Politics at management level, but that have not affected me or my work. Some times have to stretch to meet the dead-lines and that to depends on your Team.
