I have played a major role intially at Planetel and later at Sixtel in turning around loss making companies into profitable with my previous experience in Tanzania. It's been immense pleasure, joy and satisfaction as far as my contribution is concerned. Right from building a professional and efficient team, creating proper flow of work and approval process, improving the systems, policies and procedures, internal controls and significant cost reduction achieved. Also guided another group company Atlas Pharmacy Ltd and ensured the company achieve its objectives with a part time role. As no.2 in the group I personally enjoyed a lot of freedom and support from CEO and the board in achieving the group objectives and goals. It has also helped me to gain a lot of experience and confidence in turning around loss making companies into profitable. I also enjoyed proper balance in work and personal life. Overall I was very happy and satisfied.

Dislikes

The board is too slow in decision making even in crisis situations. Staff training is a bit of challenge.
