Only the software department is included in all events, excluding hardware departments completely. your appraisal is very slow and learning environment is very bad . Hierarchy at every level at firm makes project unnecessarily long . Provide no resource for learning theory peers or through materials but managers expect you to learn things after your office hours of 9 hours 30 minute and even if you learn and do the work they will not be bothered to help you get good increment . Overall conclusion if you joining any software you can join even if you freshers but if you are joining hardware department then only join if you have more than 5 year of experience otherwise don't specially if you are fresher or merely having 1-2 year of experience . Hope it helps

There is a lot of problem regarding salary in Planetcast company. It has been 6.5 years for me and my salary is only Rs 17.5 thousand. How will the house be run with this salary? And till date my grade is s1.

If you belong from it sector then it is good but not then your salary will not be good and you will have do rotational shifts if you have experience in mass communication then you may get good salary otherwise forget about good salary.

No work life balance Toxic work culture Top Management is run by Old people who shouts their lungs off even on office boys. You must be available 24x7, Cannot turn off your phone cannot even go to hometown even on leaves without asking superior or they will fire you

Most of the things, not much for employees welfare, policies are not transparent among employees, HR /Admin are not available for employees. Learning of skills are not available, as you grow in the company they will treat you like ….???
