Since its a good platform to work but if you 're looking for certain perks and benefits like in corporate sector so you might get disappointed

It's a flexible job and you can maintain work-life balance here. Even I've learnt alot working here. It has always been a teaching cum learning process.

... I believe these are the motivational forces. Incentives should be incorporated. The company can also work on the pay scale considering the amount of hard work a teacher puts in that one hour of teaching.

...ed, but there's hardly any demo you get, because 95% of demo leads are bogus. You work day and night and hardly get any salary. Don't break your head with this organization, the people here don't even have etiquettes or even common manners to talk with people, parents or teachers.

They haven’t been cooperating at all. I have left the company since along time and they haven’t given me my last months salary. No reply on emails and we cannot even contact them since they don’t give phone numbers. Had a bad experience working with them

Almost everything, starting from timings, they are not transparent about the profile & very poor salary. They want the teachers to earn students & then start teaching. Really a very bad experience.
