...omers. Every single day, I see a new change in the lms to attract the customers. The salary is paid on time along with few incentives to work harder. They arrange activities for teachers and students to attend.

There are no such cons on working here as a teacher. If you go towards BDA/Sales person, you may find few problems but In every company , you will find the same issue as Sales person is paid to achieve sales target irrespective of the company.

...mount of money from parents making false promises. It's a typical fraud company., giving ads of offering 25k salary per month.

Their behavior is extremely bad. They don't want to listen if teachers have any problem. They are just running behind the money to run a organization.

I like that the job is remote and is convenient for work from home.

They have made a lot of changes regarding class limit and bonus structures which is not working out for me. I am also losing out on students due to class limit.

It's a part time and remote job, but still you need to invest 4-5 hours daily!

While appointing as teacher they should understand that they will teach. Nd one more thing while taking demo classes u will get salary once u have earned above 1500 otherwise they will not pay. No hr facilities
