Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

They give bonus in every year. 2nd & 4th Saturday off. Working hours are flexible.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and partiality. No career growth, No appreciation and No salary hike even if you give your 100%. Senior staff members are so rude and they only demotivate the people. Lot of favouritism.

The company is open to teaching new skills to employees who are still searching there niche. As a result i got interested in International trade and is pursuing my MBA in same.

Dislikes

As the work pressure was not much, the compensation was limited. Also the growth prospect was limited as the company being small and limited employees, the hierarchy was flat.
