This company has been a disappointment. In my very first week, I was assigned tasks outside the job profile discussed during the interview—something I should have refused in hindsight. There is a clear lack of professionalism in how employees are treated, with an evident double standard. While a select few seem to enjoy special privileges and freedom, the rest of the team is left feeling undervalued and overworked.
