Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Just office. But later on they shifted to other office. It's pathetic place to work. Management is from IIT background and they absolutely do not have idea about management.

Dislikes

No job security, high pressure, unrealistic targets. Data is not provided to agents and asking for sales.

The company is open to new technology

Dislikes

Wor pressure- High Managers is not understanding, they dont value you.They even did not cleared my full and final payment.The HR keep on procrastinating for the payment.Senior level managers will not understand your situation they just want work their way. Market acceptability of their program is also not good.
