I will never suggest anyone to work with Plada infotech services pvt Ltd . They don't provide salary on time. They fire employees without any reason.

Job insecurity and salary issues..there is no PF deduction or medical. They provide salary after 15 to 20 days later and there is no fix date..

There is nothing to like in this company. The company is the worst. The people working in the company are so toxic they do not have basic manners. How to talk with their employees, and how to treat them, they do not have mutual respect, humanity, or courtesy towards their employees. They are just self egoistic, fulfilling their ego is the main concern of them does not matter if it will cost someone's life or someone's career. They are inhuman. Just sitting on the same chair for the last 15-20 years and filling their pockets is what they only doing. Not only the male senior authority but also the female staff are also the same as them.

Work-life balance, Skill development, Salary, Companies Toxic Work culture, Job security, Promotion.

Evrytg ..I just regret of being a part of there services. They just don't trust u as human ..just use you by blackmailing you..they don't even spare pregnant ladies and skip pf contribution from employer

They provide the proper bonus and increament. Also the pf is sent to the account on time. Really good HR team and support

They have rectified all the issues they had previously. It is now a perfect company to work

Good infrastructure in both like inside & outside, management is very supportive to work, salary hike is very decent.. Freshers can join comfortably in this platform...

Access & id is not getting after a year of working so admin should speed up the work process
