Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

i'm not working in this company, i completed SAP MATERIAL MANAGEMENT COURSE.

Dislikes

In this company staffs are not properly response to all training candidates including, i taking sap mm course two months duration online course, but they completed in one month and not much helped our placements service, people came to trust their organization for taking a course. they given my completion course certificate as a "PHOTO COMPANY", its completely disappointment. I kindly recommended to all people, don't waste your money in this organization, they are fully not responded scam peoples. Don't take online courses, take only offline course. Don't go int that institute.
