Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. In pkm logistics teammates are always trying to blaming their fault to others, job security in pkm is all about faith in company MD couse I don't have any type of interview latter tho I have work experience of 1year, salary scale is pretty much low, zero amount of learning, no one will help me to learn something properly, work environment is normal but some time it's turn in to blaming game,Company MD have no faith in the newly joined employee, with innovation is not the way to work here, But I can manage my work plus life here its one and only good quality of Pkm.
