Salary structure and pay package was excellent.

Dislikes

Everything. The work cutlure was very toxic. You were working for majority of weekends. There was no recognition or appreciation. It was always about blame game.

Everyone in the company is very approachable. Company as a whole stands with you in case of any personal emergency both financially and otherwise. Additionally, work life balance is amazing and it's two days of physical work out of 5 day work schedule

Dislikes

Some senior people have huge ego issues which is sometimes very annoying.

Unfortunately, there is a little to like working at this firm.

1. There is no learning culture. 2. No one helps you, you are supposed to be the best. 3. Somehow you are supposed to learn everything without any guidance 4. Your efforts are not appreciated at all. 5. Pretty much a toxic environment where there is hardly any room for learning.

PKC Advisory is my first company where I started to work professionally. One of my favorite and unforgettable days working at the company. I have learned various things about different sectors and the people who worked there make me feel very comfortable and understandable.

Support function is always cooperative and provide solutions.

Dislikes

Worst company to work for. Heavy politics, always running to get the project but ended up with a zero. Branding is poorest, infact nobody knows the company in ME market.
