If you get job here Then don't think you're a permanent employee They will cut your salary if they loose their project ( so overall I mean to say that if your project will be reduced then they will reduce your salry like half They will not reduce the salary of whole employee If your project will reduce = your salary will reduce

No job security (Hire & Fire culture) Influencing higher Management is very easy for managers No dues clear after you left job behavior of senior management is terrible if asking for help against managers HR have no experience to handle the duties.

Flexible in working hours and Good in work-life balance.

Dislikes

The challenges of working in this company include issues such as “office politics, dominance by a single family, a disrespectful work culture, personal attacks, character assassination, defamation involving opposite genders, a CEO lacking in administrative skills and project acquisition abilities, lack of recognition for hard-work and efforts, experience of mental harassment and jealousy on our personal stuffs. Survival is the biggest challenge in that company.

The flexibility of the company being good with paying salaries on time.

Job security is highly less. No promotions or appraisals if not in the city of the company. No importance to the employees outside the city of head branch.

They are not supporting their employe, and without any reason they will harass you mentally and ask you to leave. After leaving the organisation you have to wait years for your fnf

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
