...kup your calls also. In my 12 yrs carrier I found very third class organisation. Most importantly ask for salary breakup when you got offer from this company. They cheated most of the times.

... i had in Pitti. there my teammates are good workers, and also a good persons. but salary is comparatively less, carrier growth is little bit less, and good working environment, and i had a good supporting officers related to their jobs.

comparatively its a good working experience, but salary is less their will be a less little politics.

We all teammate work together . Before my team lot of problem related to maintenance but after we worked and took effort almost better than past . We destroy all monopoly which have been done by before team . Nice place to work as fresher . Thanks to all they support me to achieve goal .

No job security . Senior treated well only for those came as reference to job . Work culture very poor . All canteen and transportation are highly paid services .

Among the most wrost company....the top level management not good ,never seen what problems occur on bottom line of the shop flour. Increment not give by the company Every year. (2 year). Heavy politics on both top and bottom line. Management fire the employee(manager level) at any time without any information nor notice period.

Management change the company rule at any time according to him.

Everyone will be supported and everyone has behaving like a friends,it is a good working culture but less of salary.

Their given hike that is is also after two or three years , that is even 10% hike only their provided, I said that don't put hope on the appraisal but it is a good compny ever
