Great place and great culture..For women’s there it’s one of the safest place to work.. Management monitors each and every one very closely and good part is talent is appreciated Salaries on time..Directors are just like consider us like family..

Due to Directors friendly involvement and freedom of work and making independent culture ,some pekoe’s take the company granted.. I as a female feels most secured company to work with and well respected and recognised..

Currently working as a head production Flexible working hours 5 days working-thou I work from home currently due to pendemic. Sr management very supportive and easy to reach Company is growing very fast and private band is doing exceptionally well.Thou some peoples wants to spoil company name and reputation

Dislikes

The only bad thing is peoples who worked and left due to there inefficiency are spoiling the name of the company and what I don’t like is the management is not taking it seriously as they believe work will speak. Pendemic has hitted all organisations so on PItaya also -so yes salaries are getting delayed a bit but it is understood it’s a temporary phase and we support the company as the organisation has supported us when we required a job and sitting jobless

It’s one of the dream company for all beginners who seek fastest learning and personal growth Five fingers are not same so there will be some negative points but this is what everyone has and some peoples and outsiders wants to spoil a reputation of the fastest growing company I enjoyed my entire tenure and the sr management still in touch and takes care

They treat emplyoees as there family and this is where some peoples take it granted and do illegal activities I request management should consider emplyoees as emplyoees and they should be strict displinery rules
