Salary is not up to the market value. There is a bond of 34 months.if you resign before that you have to give them 2 lakhs. Project managers have less technical knowledge.

The fun culture increases connection among the colleagues (Fun programs, parties and so much) and forces us to forget any negatives. 4. Loans, bonuses and extra perks are fair according to the current IT standards

1. The transparency of policies and appreciation is limited in the words of team leads and not seen in salary or bonuses. 2. I see the different people in the same post having the same experience are not treated according to their performances (Visible discrimination) 3. I say carrier development and skill development are limited because of the work change policy in the company and due to high dependency on process flow. One will be doing the same job for more than a period where he has not much to learn.
