Its the worst company I have worked with , with no job security, salary is always late with lame excuses and no professionalism at all even their so called VP uses abusive language.

worst management. HR (Mohit) deduct salary and enhance company revenue.. hehehe. bakwas , no job security. In one night you dont know when your job will finish.

Got the opportunity to work in a good digital marketing project. Good coworkers and a lot to learn.

...s are all over the place, you never know how many leaves you have in your kitty. Salary delays were common. Appraisal was underwhelming. They have a decent project but just don't know how to run it well. They seem more interested in spying over employees than creating a decent work environment.

I am sure you are here because either you have an offer from PIS or an aspiring candidate of PIS like me. :) When I had an offer from PIS I went through the many reviews on Ambition box, Glassdoor etc about PIS and found lots of negative comments but even after reading those comments I planned to join PIS. Now, after having experience of 3 month with this company I feel my decision of Joining PIS was correct. Here, there is huge scope of learning and growth opportunities if you are eager to learn. Although, I can't say company has great infrastructure but yes it has an average infrastructure with basic facilities. If you talk about staffing, you will find very supportive staff, leaders and manager who are really practical and understand the things. This is my overall experience of last 3 month but I'll keep you posted with latest experience :)

There is no such cons to explain here as every organization has some small issues. Suggestion to management- Management should look more proactively into employees issues to retain them before it's too late. Avoid micro management to increase productivity. Policies, which are dissatisfying to the employees should revise.

Overall Good experience. Flexible time and good work culture. Not much pressure at beginner level. Growth in terms of duties & responsibilities.

Dislikes

Only 2 Saturday off. Less no. of Leaves. Responsibility not match with assigned profile. Not much growth in terms of money.
