The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market's reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to learn and trained in design, execution, testing for Sub station (AIS & GIS) and good learning for project management, site management & Techno commercial, MIS.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have attend client visit, meeting, calls in evening and sometimes late into the night. Top level management do not value an individuals' unique strengths. Some old employees are engaged in creating unhealthy environment, dirty politics. In unhealthy environment a good employee do not give his best due to low moral. I do receive appreciation emails from my client.
