The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market's reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to learn and trained in design, execution, testing for Sub station (AIS & GIS) and good learning for project management, site management & Techno commercial, MIS.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have attend client visit, meeting, calls in evening and sometimes late into the night. Top level management do not value an individuals' unique strengths. Some old employees are engaged in creatingunhealthy environment, dirty politics. Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire project execution Sub station and Transmission line as well as manage day to day yield operations and progress report inform to top level management.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
