...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisalso are fair But they are not giving good salary hike for third party.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

We are not treated equally as we are not on Pkramal pay roll we aren't invited to any rewards and recognition with our entire team we are only forced to complete our targets we as a direct team face challenges when we have clash with third party tie ups such as brokers, channel partners

This is only regarding channel sales manager role 1 No work life balance, just become a robot from morning 9.30 to night 8.30 maximum of the time. 2 They don’t care/respect your festivals and leaves (forget all your festivals/culture and just work to bring walk-ins at site) 3 No fixed day end time. 4 Only work as a channel manager if you don’t have any personal life, family, and just want to be a 24/7 labour breathing according to orders from your senior (in short your home will be only a place for sleeping at night that’s it because you don’t have sat/sun off as well) 5 Travel travel and travel from site to field and life will be hell if your house if far away from the allotted site. 6 Worst management when it comes towards new joinees 7 Leaves mentioned in the system are only on paper and in actual this job role has no leave in whole year, you literally have to cry for your festivals and sick leaves as well and sometimes even your 1 week off which you get is been cancelled. 8 At last take up this job role if you don’t have parents/family, your own personal life and you want to be a robot labour.
