1 No work life balance, just become a robot from morning 9.30 to night 8.30 maximum of the time.

2. No Skill developement, you have to keep working on field , stand and deliver.
3. You have to work like labour to achieve the progress as pool of contractors are not standard from Civil to Finishing.
4. The level of Hardwork and level of followup is frustrating sometimes.
The organisation is good for working, it's compensation and benefits are best among the industry. Here your hard work will be recognised by the management.
Work life balance is very poor accross the projects. There is no time for personal life/family.

...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisalso are fair But they are not giving good salary hike for third party.
There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.care error growth is slow.
