Their work environment is good. They have many program to improve the skills. Work life balance is good at workplace. Job security is better.

Salary hike is very low at work place. Internal politics over their is high as old people are their. Promotion is very rare.

Good things I observed, Hemmo has been taken over by Piramal Pharma. Hence we got all benefits like a MNC. One of the leading & Successful manufacturer of Peptides API among india.

Dislikes

They pay very very less salary to the fresher. If you're from engineering background, I'll suggest not join production as it very small scale production, you’ll not bulk scale experience. Go for other sectors. Increments is too less. Whatever Increments they give will go in the deduction itself. No benefits. Canteen food is average.

Managers favouritism makes working environment and culture worst. I am at PPDS site Ahmedabad since last ૩ years, and witnessing the biasness in promotion, annual appraisal and day to day work distribution to fellow. Some people sit whole the day and make PPT of 4-5 slides, while some are loaded with extreme work burden by manager.
