The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day without any overtime.

Piramal R&D is not having long run plans and they want sell to others but nobody was coming forward to buy. So Piramal lagging in long run plans

They pay until we serve the company any up and down comes without looking they fire employees

Piramal is a very good brand with high ethics but PDS, Ahmedabad is terrible. Once you join the horrible management, who will tried their best to grab your money (bonus or whatever it is) by giving you poor ratings, encourage you to leave the organization. One reason is that the Mumbai management is unable to control what is going at PDS, Ahmedabad.

...buddy by keeping you 6 month. A certain grant is allowed for the site in a year. Management will give you poor rating and grab your bonus and other benefit to their wallet. Until or unless there is direct control of Mumbai management over Ahmedabad one, I believe the scenario remains worst.

Good to work in Piramal if it is equal or above manager level. Everything you do is transparent and visible at HO level.

Dislikes

Job security depends on the manager, but the company is not a hire and fire model. Salary for Ground level employees is not upto the mark.

Yes it's very bad,infact HR also very rude during the interview,only hire low salary staff doesn't matter knowledgeable or not.. Only worst people can get a job here.. And please remove the HR he behave like a owner continuously behave rudely
