We are not satisfied with credit & Technical Department. Lots of sanction cases rejected by technical team, and lots of cases rejected by credit team not comfort particular cases. Lots of pressure of work. Lots of pressure of Third party insurance like Bajaj well-being and one assist.

I joined open new branch Jaunpur and BSM is new I'm not clear what to do. Where is very hard presure. Job not secure this place. I'm very frustrate . Than I decide and resign this Job and my colleagues day by day resign RM role this branch.

First of all seniors very badly behave and don't take any action by HR. Always take safe zone for seniors. And there is no senior of good skills.

Seniors of good skills level should be kept. So that the people of junior level can be motivated.

All thing is very good and environment so good and management is very supportive but home loan rate of interest is high against all banks rate is 7.50 . This is week point. Otherwise very big brand of NBFC. And big opportunity for future time.

This company home loan rate of interest high agains to all bank rate is 7.0% so this is a big challenging in this organisation.
