Before pirmal i worked for hdfc and axis. Hdfc has highest pressure and no mental peace. Axis have have less pressure but the process of bank very slow. piramal has job security as well as mental peace.

Too low salary. No any retention policy. Fresher get more salary than 5-6 year experiences employee. No any promotion after more than target achievement. No any value of Hr. Senior getting conveyance sitting in office and RM and SRM have no conveyance who is struggling in field. Very bad incentive policy. Very low appraisal policy.
