...re is pretty open, and people are ready to share their views or clear doubts...the initial package that an employee gets before getting into the company is good , there after , stagnation might not be uncommon..people get Bangkok trips in June July every year, and picnics are organised too every 2nd year. All in all , a good place to work those who are looking to retire off from this company and manage to live. Arelatively less stressful life viz other companies in similar segment..

Politics is there ,ethics take a backseat at times..but it's not a point to think over because it's common amongst many other companies so if employee knows how to manage such politics and ethical issues the employee is all set to enjoy the company and the corporate life.

Good work and culture. Company policies are good , Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good management and company provide a learning university for employees for help career growth.

...en policy changes for organization benefit, but don't think about employee loss. Salary is Good but interdepartmental politics as similar to other companies. If your head is good with you, you will achieve whatever you want in this organisation

This is specifically for my team, Construction Finance, groupism and favorism for some people is there and biased behavior towards some, HR is weak and there's no guarantee about growth, job security is not there, employees feel unsure about their job and management couldn't care less about the department, as a fresher I wasn't treated fairly and they pushed me out of the company because they wanted to hire someone with experience.
