Growth opportunities,.....depends on your productivity,working culture is aslo cool and in private companies we cant talk about job security,becoz it totaly depends on your seriousness toward your job task.i also got the opportunity to travel abroad as i have completed the project given by the company.

actually am off role employee in retail liability and our respected owner says that we are the backbone of the company but there is a salary differentiation for the same designation and task DHFL employee gets more salary and privilege then DSSL employee.Overall company is good for working people.

Frankly speaking am a working as a BDE in this company in a retail liability doing FDs which is a challenging task,but overall itrs a good experience and nice environment,but nowadays we have been shifted to HL,which is a good sign of growth.

Manager was not supported with employees. Hire and fire system in the office. Manager was not come to any costomer. No joint calls with employees.

The work pressure is very high. They are not giving me my relieving letter and told me you can left DHFL any time manager said notice period is not mendatory.

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing life cycle as well as manage day to day yield Operations. Pitching for my company as a marketer gets tiring and the task is slightly repetitive. But I stay on my toes ..
