Good company . MD is good but the culture is very bad. No motivation for team members to perform as the vertical heads and other senior sabotage the effort of sincere workers or hijack the credit of somebody else ant portray to MD as it his MD as it his her.

Dislikes

There is no carrier growth. Give very high target so that the business head does not achieve & not pay variable salary and don't give increments. Very poor salary .... senior dominant very high ... totally worst environment
