Pioneer immigration and education consultancy. ( Dr. Ravi garg) Fraud company, please do not join. They will submit your original academic documents and will collect written signed cheque from you equal to your 6 month of salary e.g in lacs. (They will say this is for just security purpose only) They will sign a bond agreement with you for 2-5 years. Then boom!! You are trapped. No work culture. No management or manager in any branch. They can change your job duties anytime they want. No annual increment even after it is written in bond. Also their is no incentive on the sales as they promise at the time of interview. When after all the harrasment when you try to leave the company they will threaten you that they will submit the cheque you have given to them at the time time of joining. When you leave they will actually bounce your cheque and then file a legal case against you. You can check it on ecourts district chandigarh website by filling company name. They have done this with number of employees. Very unprofessional and fraud company. Please don't join this company ever.
