...ust providing a single sheet form for joining and they are taking back the same. Even they are not providing any offer letter and salary slip too. I fed up and resigned in 2 months. Waste and horrible experience.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinee

Workmates are very corporative especially technicians and advisors. We can became the jack of all trades.

Very bad working culture and work environment. HR and others managers treat us like servants Salary increment is like rain in Sahara desert. Rs 500 is the maximum increment. The guy on the spare (so called Parts manager) is the waste who is the core committee of politics
