Institute works on contract with schools, if schools are not satisfied there will be termination of contract, Institute doesn't have any research development team all what they do is copy the oldest material and put their name on it.so there won't be any proper implementation or design of the program.It used to be good place couple of years ago, but now it is a spoilt place, almost zero level of professionalism, unhealthy atmosphere, indefinite delay of salaries, and many more creepy things management harrass employees. Zero policies.

It used to be good place when directors had a proper vision and worked hard , but now all that they need is all the gossips on the other competitive world.
