Salary will be credited on time and nothing other than that.

Dislikes

No process. Team leads are highly unprofessional. Company does a lot of micro management. Employees do over time without getting paid for the extra hours.

Individual will be really trained and will exposed to a greater extent in learning and maintaining technical aspects. Friendly environment among your colleagues makes it more fun to work. Once you are into management eyes, u can expect some decent hikes.

Dislikes

Internal politics and work culture makes you feel little uncomfortable while working. Too many people for an individual. Work from home will not be more available.
