No support from seniors or HR. Lot of politics and back talks. Micromanagement to next level. Policy can change anytime, you need to accept it forcefully. Appraisals are peanuts, just talk big to get work done from employees. No work life balance.

If you are getting salary on time , convence on time ,hugh incentive on time. Increment time to time. Good working culture. Then why should i switch job . I m happy in pine labs. And successful completed 6 years.

They do not rationalise the salary as per work designation, everybody gets promoted without any changes in compensation

The Company Has Great Stability and Job Security and If you are amongst a Team Lead or Management Level with Good pay , you are in a Government Job Kind of Situation.

There are No Growth Opportunities and Lack of Clarity Amongst the Team, The HR Team is just for Show and No help at all , the Pay Difference amongst the same level is their in each vertical and they have no justification for that, and the policies are not at all Employee Friendly , the CEO has a Vision to become Great Place to Work Certified but Pine Labs is actually very Far away from that in reality just because of their own Process.

If we are talking about the Pinelabs products its really awesome their is not even a single competitor in the entire market who can beat/ com-petite this product on other hand we talk about the organisation culture its really pathetic their is always a job threat ...?

If we are a part of sales its means the entire organisation is going to get their salary from the sales part but its so horrible to say that their is no support from our team for the TID for which we totally dependent upon the other bank like a beggar & from our opps team also .... NOTE- If a merchant has surrender the Pinelabs terminals then the company don't have any right to deduct the monthly rental through ACH form ME account so please stop this action on priority basis.
