...ple are who doing bettering with seniors will get promotions and appresals only. No job security, suddenly they can ask to leave the job at the time of yearly bonus and appresals.

Pine labs is good organization but some super intelligent guys from management they are playing with employee. And I had worked but found only negative responding from management

... he hired be only for 6 months due to maternity leave replacement of 1 employee. Yearly bonus and increment not given by him.

Nothing to like, just one good think here if you perform well your job will be secure but without appropriate your work (increment & promotion). But since last 2 year they started layoffs not on the performance base. It's random Only they remember value of hardworking employees when he decided to switch.

Dislikes

The work environment of company was good before 2 years, now start cost cutting, layoffs, shift extention, workload on weekends.

Company policy are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow

Talented people are here, If they are supportive you can learn very good from them. If you want to learn C/C++ then surely it is a good place.

...g with employee by shifting it into one team to another in short period of time. Worst part is there is no appraisal and the variable part(bonus) depends on your management not on your performance. Also workforce is less so you have to put extra effort to prove yourself even after office hours.
