Office is in good location. And salary is also good. It credits timely every time.

Dislikes

Before joining here, I thought overall its good. But too much work pressure. There is no job security. All tasks are P0 here. You will not have any worklife balance. No such appreciations as well. Seniors will mock you if you miss any single thing.

Talented people are here, If they are supportive you can learn very good from them. If you want to learn C/C++ then surely it is a good place.

Dislikes

...g with employee by shifting it into one team to another in short period of time. Worst part is there is no appraisal and the variable part(bonus) depends on your management not on your performance. Also workforce is less so you have to put extra effort to prove yourself even after office hours.

one of best organisation, all are work like family, everyone very supportive. company policy are also awesome specially in corona tym period.

Appraisal and bonus point which is added in offer letter that should be also added in our monthly salary.
