...h. They do a lot of internal politics and fake promises. No ethics they follow. The HR team is useless, they dont provide salary slip even after a lot of follow us.

Nothing, it is a terrible, horrible place to work.

Dislikes

They have an extremely toxic work culture with no benefits. It is an abusive environment that will drive one to self-doubt and become less productive. They humiliate and insult talent by being unfair to employees and biased towards the ones they "like". It has become a family game for them and half the people in the company at top management is family.

Hi guys it's not Pinakiin Family it's totally Bhulbhulaiyya family....I don't want to say I have successfully wasted my time here because I have learn something different & very fantastic way of working... the whole company is moving around 3-4 persons only.its not company it's Dhanda...you can't put or they don't want your suggestions...there are not any specific role or way of working...at any time at any day be ready for getting Shocking surprises, terminations...it's very dengerous company for your professional growth it will spoil your professional growth if you join this or work with this company
