I have been working in Pinclick more than 1 year. It's a really great journey. I have been grown multi-Fold both professionally and personally here. Company's work basics built on the basics of team work and respect. In one word i would say that Pinclick is the place where you can learn a deep knowledge of real estate and place you grow.

...k) 3.Cab arrangment ( Need a cab Arrangment or reimbursement for few clients) 4.Medical insurance ( Instead of paying it on salary deduct it and please add a medical insurance separately) 5.Basic office equipments( Need a proper chair, Marker, extension box and clean bords )

No job security no salary on time no petrol allowance even when you travel for company's work TLs are not at all supportive too much pressure don't join this company.

One of the worst company ever, they believe in eating employees salary. 1st they will ask you to work for free for 15 days . Which is informed after you join. And then no money is payble

They are very selfish. Don't pay during the training. After giving you the offer letter they can fire you anytime without giving any remuneration. Please don't join this organisation. They are fake. I joined here in April then they fired me and I didn't get a single penny from here. The hr and manager behave rudely. After firing they just block your no. so that you couldn't connect them. This is totally a waste of time. I am saying this from my personal experience. I don't want somebody's time, efforts and energy to be wasted.
