It was awesome at the spell of 2007. Set afterwards nightmare.

Dislikes

This is a fraud institution not company. Deals in knowledge prior to disciplines. Also lodged step in fake jobs in various sectors by demandable unreasonable numbers through candidates. Shell based unit kudos job solutions owned by sneakers subrato charabothy and ajay chowdhary. He has qualified hands in trellis-based certificates, appointment letters of mncs. Last year 2023 there was a police raid in the rented prime by using naukri platform unlawful and running illegal call center. Address mentioned on google website is fake. Never trust these burglars. Be careful

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
