Company is good but employees of Jaipur branch are very bad and there is no culture for office work in Jaipur branch. Staff is not supported. So do not join Jaipur branch. In Jaipur branch the company trusts only one person Rajesh Raj and no one is trusted by the company. So do not join Jaipur branch.

Pima controls company is good but if you join the jaipur branch my suggestion not to join specifically in technical field.

Seniors are not supporting and working culture also bad. Please don't join jaipur branch. Your seniors will insult you by using abusing language overall bad review.

As i work start with Pima controls good learning experience, good opportunity, and carrier growth as well as good. The company doing extra activities for employees.like that self motivation program, and other training work activities.

Its a great opportunity Working at Pima, one can learn many things here. One is given proper opportunity to develop his/her skills and grow with the company.

Employees turnover is very high. Each time when new employees join senior folks like me have give them training which is pain sometimes. And errors by them is headache.
