There's nothing to like to work here except salary, this company could offer you good salary depends how's your link inside the company

It's highly polluted plant , as It's a battery plate recycling which have highly sulphur content, so plant inside fuem and smoke of sulphur very hazardous which makes it hazardous work culture. If you don't have any degree but have good reference then you can get very handsome salrlary offer. Also there's is off festival and national holidays but you have to take permission to take the off and 12 Hrs shift, its purely lala type plant , pick this company only when you don't have any job for short term duration.

...keep you always unstable. There is time to enter the office and not for leaving. Your salary will be deducted on single late minute on daily basis. fter every three months there is a termination period in which all the new joiners will be replace with the new one.

Nice learn new thing . Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not
