The person who leading us , is not perfect for that role, he always focus other competitors strategy,but he not following market conditions and not provide what customers needs .

Job security,other binifits There is safety in the job like our job was not lost during the lockdown and the staff is also very good.Payment is also received on time, date is given every month. Pigeon India is a good company ,

It is very difficult to get promotion in job pigeon in India.worked in a pigeon for 6 years But I did not get promotion.I have seen this evil pigeon in India.

Pigeon India is the only company in world who cares about mother and babies too.We have highly implemented techniques like WMS,ERP INTEGARTED AND MANY Robotics tools etc.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
