PierianDx, being a start up, gives you ample opportunities for learning. Work from home flexibility was available even before the pandemic, which allowed the company to allow everyone to work from home without much issues.

Dislikes

Favouritism in salary, appraisals and travel abroad. If one can ignore all the above for the sake of learning, PierianDx is a good company.

It is a typical third class company. Remember the people who moved abroad are the ones from pune, with a poor mentality. Please donot join this organisation.

Work culture is poor. Unlimited PTO, I was asked multiple times why you want this leave. This is a poor company. Just to attract masses they add unlimited PTO options. This is wastage of time. Pure wastage. Leaders are poor. Huge blame game issues in team. There is a lot of politics.

Its a worst third class company, where seniors just want a junior with some degraded skills, so that they can rule them easily.

Dislikes

Poor HR, Rupali Pathak, General Manager Aditya Pathak, keep cycling mate. Guys they laid me off during my marriage time, I told them I am getting married and need some leaves. Then came the picture of politics, started reevaluating my candidature. Keep changing your names, beware of the this fraudster company (now its Velsera).

Work culture is good. Unlimited PTO. Flexible working hours. Good management they heard your query and always appreciating.

Dislikes

Payscale increase by department wise not how well you perform. Startup culture so you need to work long hours sometime.

Full of opportunities who wants to work more without guidance and help and gain the knowledge. Good place for novices in career.

Dislikes

With terrible management body, literally nobody willing to solve actual problem. Very short of technically experienced people and 90% of them are just don’t want to share the knowledge and increase collaborative productivity. Mid level management is full of people and contrary, there is hardly 10-15% technical resources who are working on product, than actual requirement. Huge attrition at every level and hence no stability. Senior management is upfront conveyed to keep aside ‘Work life balance’ and instead it would be ‘work life integration’ as they defined.
