1) NO PROPER STRUCTURE 2) NO ONE IN MANANGMENT KNOWS WHO IS WORKING ON WHAT 3) VERY BAD COWORKER WHO ARE THERE FOR MORE THAN 3 YEARS , I THINK COMPONY CORRUPTS YOU IF YOU STAY LONG ENOUGH 4) GOOD BUILDING AND FACILITES BUT CANT USE THIS, LIKE IF YOU HAVE TEA BREAK MORE THAN 15 MIN THEY TURN OFF THE LIGHTS WHILE YOU ARE INSIDE THERE. 5) NO BONDING SESSION,JUST DRAMA FOR LINKIEDN.MANAGMENT PITS EACH OTHER. 6) LA-LA RULES 7) INCOMPENT MANGERS. 8) TOXIC WORK CULTURE. 9) THEY SEE RND ENGINEER AS USE AND THROW. HIGH ATTRITION RATE.PEOPLE COME AND GO AFTER 6 MONTHS BECAUSE OF THE WORK CULTURE. 10) DONT JOIN IF YOU WANT TO STRUCTED AND LLITERATE DESIGN ENGINNER.

Behaviour of superiors, fair compensation, Salary comes on time, Get together at regular intervals, Security of job if you are ok at your work.

My Manager is one of the best managers, supporting and skilled, have full faith in his team. Job is secure. Full of future opportunities.

Current management is not having futuristic vision and productive way of thinking. On an average employee is happy as far as work is concerned but somewhat unhappy when it comes to work environment, employees' care and HR management.
