...es gossip with cto. Gaali bh dete hai employees ko. All good people are leaving. Founders think they own employees because they give salary. Don't join this company Not a startup, it is a lala company owned by two very egoistic, narcissistic people. They will fire people according to mood, change their role, shout on them for no reason, they don't consider employees as humans.

Everything. Bad culture right from the management to the employees. Founders are egoistic, self centred and tangled in many court cases. Please stay away from working in this company if you don't want your CV to be downgraded.

Work culture is very good. Every quarter there are some refreshing parties planned so as to build team bonding. Higher management is easily approachable. Every team is very much supportive and creative.

Sometime there is a situation of higher work pressure otherwise everything seems to be bearable.
