The Company is open to innovation & adopts current technology. They circulate & trained the executive in all respects.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high but there is no systematic work environment. I have to work 16-18 hours. No any policy system in the organisation.

Nothing good for that period. Presently I don't know.

Dislikes

Workers did not respect Seniors because Chairman /MD Directly meets them. If you think you will take hard work from him they will complain to your from MD and you will not stay there for long period.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
