The company works with a lot of different industries. So you can manage a Pub, a hospital, an e-commerce business, a salon, a real estate project. There's a good feel-good factor when you know many people from various industries. You know a lot of nitty-gritty stuff about businesses in the city. The management will propel you to make a lot of decisions yourself. If you're in Brand management you can earn a lot as well. They give a 15% commission on closures, one of the city's highest. Dislikes

There's some office politics stuff that happens which the management is oblivious to. There was a guy called Sidharth who persuaded some people to leave the company. Thankfully management has a no-nonsense attitude towards all these things. He was terminated immediately when they found out.

Likes

1. Best place to actually learn your job. 2. You can lead a project independently if you prove yourself. 3. If you're directly mapped under Avinash, you'll get a chance to sit in pitches with some of the biggest people and companies 4. For someone who had only 2 years of experience i got a chance to manager several Dubai portfolios which was a very good experience. If you prove yourself you'll get amazing projects.

Dislikes

1. You have to learn things quickly. You don't have the luxury of taking things slow like in an MNC. 2. It's a startup so things move very quickly. The speed is scary sometimes. 3. If you say Yes to a project you have to finish it, only then can you leave.

Likes

It is a great place to work for someone who is looking for work-life balance. With a hybrid work culture, employees can choose to go to the office or not. A startup doing supremely well, the scope for growth is immense.

Dislikes

As it is an advertising agency and slightly understaffed, employees need to be available on call till 10-11 pm.
