They will fired you any time they want even you are giving your best. • Work life balance There no any term like this exists if you work here. • Corporate politics If you don't aware from this, join this organization,you will experience it very well, specially female employees are quite good in it. • Work Culture You have to fill daily timesheet, where you have to mentioned detailed every minute and our you spent on task.If you forgot to fill more than 2 times , your salary will be deducted and most important thing they will call you resource not a human. -Conclusion If you don't like you carrier and wanna destroy your resume just join this organization.There are 80% chances they will hire you and kick you out within 1 year.

Nothing. Arrogant MD and Incapable Managers. They want you to be a servant of a foreign based arrogant client who doesn't welcome your suggestions and feedback. There are some managers who have never worked in any other organisations apart from this. So they do not have experience in team management. For every small problem these managers may put the blame on any team member and they will showcase it as a huge mistake to the MD. These managers will never appreciate or highlight your good work to the MD. The MD blindly trust these managers and never considers other team members view or side. Working here you can lose your self confidence and self respect.

Requirements is changed but user story not updated. Not involved each team member under calls or requirements discussion. Before start task no any discussion call. Immediately want involve the modules and take all responsibility. Not sufficient explanation. Not secure for new jonee. Internal politics. No idea when they will throw out from services. Not guaranteed for dream job. As mentioned keep smiling 😁 there is no care
