Nothing. Arrogant MD and Incapable Managers. They want you to be a servant of a foreign based arrogant client who doesn't welcome your suggestions and feedback. There are some managers who have never worked in any other organisations apart from this. So they do not have experience in team management. For every small problem these managers may put the blame on any team member and they will showcase it as a huge mistake to the MD. These managers will never appreciate or highlight your good work to the MD. The MD blindly trust these managers and never considers other team members view or side. Working here you can lose your self confidence and self respect.

Immediately want involve the modules and take all responsibility. Not sufficient explanation. Not secure for new jonee. Internal politics. No idea when they will throw out from services. Not guaranteed for dream job. As mentioned keep smiling 😁 there is no care
