It is not a dislike, but a suggestion, 1). Better to fix office timings as it is 08:30 working hrs 2). There are no late/early permission option for employees (atleast monthly twice with 2 hrs) as the office outside the city ( which option was already being provided by almost all companies in IKP Hyd).

Dislikes

Employee facing challenges with HR Devidutt shudanshu support for mediclaim claim & ESIC claim. The company doesn't provide lunch & can't go outside from company for lunch. Hr doesn't care about employees. Doesn't provide canteen & travelling facility. All employees are Same salary from past 2 years I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone for employment.
